Divorces and separations are among the most stressful events in a person's life.  Pantazis Law Office, PLLC recognizes this emotional turmoil and works with the client to help ease some of the burden.  This law office stays in close contact with each client, provides individualized attention, develops a plan, and keeps the client informed of the progress each step of the way.

Uncontested Divorces                     -    $1,600 - includes the filing fee

​

Property Settlement Agreements     -    $1,500

​

Premarital (Prenuptial) Agreements -    $1,500

​

A non-fundable fee of $250 is due at the time of the 60 minute consultation, which is included for each of the above services.  If the client requires further consultation, a fee of $60 for each additional15 minutes will be due at the time of the consultation. The further consultation fee is not included in the flat rate.
