Pantazis Law Office, PLLC will assist businesses in collecting fees owed to them by their clientele by issuing demand letters and when necessary, asking the court to issue a judgment against the debtor.   

 

Obtaining the judgment is only the first step.  After receiving the judgment, this law office will further act on behalf of the business client in collecting the unpaid debt from the judgment debtor.  These services include conducting debtor interrogatories to find assets, issuing garnishments, and filing a judgment lien in the land records.
